Aluminum-based silicon carbide ceramic heat sink

AlSiC aluminum silicon carbide is a composite material of metal and ceramic. AlSiC (aluminum silicon carbide) is the abbreviation of AlSiC aluminum-based silicon carbide ceramic particle reinforced composite material. Silicon carbide ceramic material, like aluminum, is well known to everyone, commonly known as gold steel sand. Common whetstones, grinding wheels, cutting blades, etc. are all made of silicon carbide materials. Its hardness is higher than corundum and second only to superhard abrasives such as cubic boron nitride, boron carbide and diamond. This ceramic material was chosen as one of the substrates for our composites due to the material's high modulus and high thermal conductivity as major factors.

The silicon carbide used in the AlSiC (aluminum silicon carbide) material is this silicon carbide. It's just that the silicon carbide used in the production of composite materials is very pure to ensure the high thermal conductivity of the material.
