1. High hardness

2. Excellent wear resistance

As determined by the domestic powder metallurgy research institute, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey for more than ten years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.

3. Light weight

Its density is 3.5g/cm3, which is only half of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.

4. Strong adhesion and good heat resistance

The ceramic sheet is pasted on the inner wall of the device with heat-resistant super glue. The adhesive is a patented product of our company, which can operate for a long time without aging at 350℃. The inorganic adhesive used for fixing products can withstand temperature of 750℃. The temperature resistance and adhesion performance of the adhesive are far ahead in China.
